I was a bit concerned that the incense fragrance would be too strong, but the stargazer lily comes through beautifully, and the storm fragrance carries something mysterious on the wind. I'm burning it on an overcast day with rain on the way; it's perfect.
When I first opened this candle, I did not like it, AT ALL. But after I started burning it, I totally got it, it really does smell like a bookstore. Absolutely reminded me of going to Walden Books and B. Dalton books as a kid. This is now a favorite, I never thought it would be!
This one was so yummy and reminiscent of childhood snow days spent making pancakes and reading the day away.
Curl up with a cup of Earl Grey or my favorite... Lady Grey, and read the day away. I just love all these cozy fragrances.
This smells good, like it is just lingering close by. Not overpowering.
I would love to stay home and read, but that is not always in the cards. This scent is so relaxing and homey. Working with a cup of coffee while enjoying the smells... Love!
I am always excited to get my mystery scent. They are almost always ones I have not tried due to missing out on a special run or whatever it may be. Absolutely love the scents they pick for me.
This may be my new favorite, but it is so hard to choose as all the scents are amazing.

I like the essence of this candle, but it is reminiscent of tart candies.
I dont dislike this candle, but I dont love it. Like a coconut with some cinnamon and butter?
Sorry the scent wasn't what you were expecting! There's no coconut in it, but there is a sweet amber/resin and a dash of all spice fragrance, which is what I'm guessing is creating that gourmand note you're detecting. Thanks for letting us know we may need to point out the slight sweetness in the description.
It's hard for me to nail this one down, but i like it.
Strong enough, but not overwhelming.
Kind of reminds my of a fruitier Ricola.
I’ve tried this fragrance as both a candle and as wax melts. I use the wax melts in my kitchen, and it’s such a rich, mocha scent without being cloying.
I use the candle in my office when I work from home, and it’s a nice scent that doesn’t fade into the background.
I usually do not like food scented candles, as they are usually too rich. This fragrance is well balanced between the chocolate and coffee, without being too sugary.
My husband and I absolutely love this sent! Spot on for Harry Dresden and love that the throw is as strong as it is. We buy two every time we see it back in stock.
