Fitzwilliam Darcy, better known simply by his last name, is a prominent character and the main love interest in Jane Austen’s famous novel Pride and Prejudice. Set in the Georgian era, this novel takes readers on a journey of self-discovery. One of the places we physically journey to with the main character, Elizabeth Bennet, is Pemberley, Darcy’s estate. While we don’t know exactly what Darcy’s parlour smelled like at Pemberley, it’s fun to imagine.
Darcy’s favorite chamber is a representation of the man himself: tasteful and refined. Arguably one of the most famous literary characters to come alive on the page, we love imagining what his study at Pemberley would smell like and we think you will too with our Darcy candle.
Rich undertones of wood, leather and tobacco with a bright top note of cinnamon gives this fragrance a heavenly balance. You can burn this classic candle for over 40 hours if you purchase the 8 oz option, but we offer smaller ones as well. Please note that this is a mild/moderate candle, and even if you burn it for 2–3 hours, the scent will not be as heavy as a strong candle. We believe the mild/moderate scent is best for the parlour atmosphere.

USE
- Trim wick to 1/4" before each use.
- Burn no longer than 2-3 hours at a time.
